On August 2, 2018 I wrote a BLOG titled “Wake Up.”  I could very easily rerun that article for the BLOG today, the message is almost exactly the same.

Listen closely, shut out all interfering background noise and concentrate.  The sound is getting louder and closer.  It is an alarm clock loudly ringing trying to get our attention at this, the eleventh hour.  Conservatives and patriots, Republican or Democrat, wake up.  President Joe Biden and his forces are destroying our country and its values as we read this.  Our freedoms are disappearing rapidly, yet we sleep through the turmoil.

Our complacency coupled with the weak kneed leadership exhibited by Mitch McConnell will prevent a red wave from occurring this November.  It is our fault and the burden of correcting it lays squarely on our shoulders.  We have repeatedly reelected the same inept representation and sent them to Washington, to gain seniority and leadership positions, when they constantly betray us and our desires.  We must rid our government of these people and send responsible, dependable, conservative patriots to rebuild and defend our liberties.

We seem to dwell in a society that makes us hesitate getting involved.  We might do or say something that others would find offensive and their feelings would be hurt.  So what, my feelings get hurt everyday watching the machinations taking place in Washington.  We need to educate ourselves, campaign for good people, get others to vote and vote ourselves.  After the vote is cast, the job is not over.  Lenin was correct, the vote is okay but the counting of the vote is what is critical.  Volunteer to be a poll worker or poll watcher.  Volunteer to watch ballot drop boxes if they are allowed in your area.  Stop the cheating that placed an inept, incapacitated man in the White House last election.

Nothing in this world is free.  Everything has a cost associated with it.  In the actions of our government at present, the cost is your life savings, or your paycheck.  Student loan forgiveness encourages and teaches irresponsibility and laziness.  I support Ukraine but unfortunately our government (you and I) no longer have the billions of dollars to send to them.  We can’t defend ourselves or win a war today, our weaponry has been handed over to our enemies and to Ukraine.

Hear the alarm, wake up and get up.  Become uncomfortable and get involved.  Let people know you love America and want it back.  If you want Trump, work for him and put his message out for others to see.  If you support Ron DeSantis, work for him.  Work for any conservative patriot you may favor, just get up and do it, don’t wait on others to go first.

November of 2022 cannot be the time we hand complete control of our government over to the Socialist Democrats.  They are radical and care not for our country, only power over the people.  Republicans must take control of the House of Representatives and destroy Mitch McConnell and take control of the Senate.  If control of the Congress does change hands, we still have to battle the surviving Liberal Social Democrats, the Deep State, and the creatures of the Swamp.  We the people can do it.  Do not be complacent and wait for others to take the lead, be in front of the charge.

Our Democrat controlled government is focusing their efforts on climate change, green renewable energy, racism and abortion.  These are not the primary concerns of average hard working Americans.  Scientists argue and disagree about climate change.  Where’s the meat.  Equipment for measuring the temperature of the earth is improved and more sensitive than ever before providing conflicting arguments.  The world cannot exist without fossil fuels and like it or not renewable, green energy has drastic costs on planet Earth as well.  Racism will always be present but it runs both ways.  It is not illegal to be ignorant and racism is ignorance in force.  Democrats believe abortion is proper and should be accepted up until the time of birth.  These issues are distractions to the real issues facing America today.

Gender identity is another factor the Liberal Socialist Democrats love to spend time, money, and effort on.  This issue should not be taught in schools at any level.  We are not gods and shouldn’t play as though we are.  God made men and women, it is not up to doctors, scientist,  and radicals to play with these creations.  You are what you were born as, and should stay that way.  God made you what you are for a reason.

The economy and inflation are two issues that affect every person, young, old or middle aged.  Where is Pete?  He needs to be fixing the supply chain, not pushing LGBTQ issues.  Our borders must be sealed to fight the economic woes it brings on communities across this land and the drug influx offering death to our young people.  These are the issues most Americans are concerned about and want to be corrected.
