Today is the fifth of January, tomorrow the fate and direction will be determined.  The future of the United States of America is unknown to all yet two diverse and separate forces are doing all within their means to sway the outcome.

In the event my side, the side of conservatives, patriots and freedom lovers, fails I still have the power of prayer on my side.  I pray our country is stronger than a united group of so called leaders that are trying to undermine all I hold dear and the principals on which this country was founded.  We can read our history books and learn how our founding fathers risked and in many cases lost all they had to see America survive.  Personal sacrifice was expected and accepted.

Our nation has just experienced four years of this same kind of leadership.  President Donald J. Trump has risked his personal fortune, safety and lives of his family members to bring America back to the point it now enjoys.  We have the strongest economy any of us have ever witnessed.  The majority of nations in this world are envious of our economic strength.  We have the strongest, best equipped military ready to defend the freedom and liberty of every American wherever they might be.

Racial prejudice exists in our country today, but not nearly as flagrant as it was in the past. Reality tells us these prejudices will always exist in some form, however minorities have the greatest opportunity for success they have ever been exposed to.  Unemployment, until the emergence of the China Flu, has been and is the lowest ever in our history for all classes of people.  Our standard of living is the envy of the world.

Our borders are more secure than any time in our history and continue to get stronger.  Not only are we faced with obtaining funding to build walls to stop illegal immigration, we are fighting battles by some forces to build walls for other nations.  We can sleep at night with reasonable comfort that we will not be speaking Chinese or Arabic as a national language when we awaken tomorrow.

The above facts are just a sampling of the accomplishments that have been achieved over the last four years with the leadership of Donald Trump.  As a reward for all the good our President has done there are forces that have nothing but contempt for him.  The forces of hate and jealousy wish to destroy him.  I worry not that he might be assassinated, rather he will be treated worse.  The evil forces want to ruin him, both financially and physically.  Plainly stated they want to destroy the person they could never be.

To President Trump, I want to say THANK YOU for everything you have done for me, my family and my country.  I am urging every freedom loving patriot that is aware of the sacrifices made by Mr. Trump, to send him a thank you card.  Any citizen that is better off today than four years ago should send a thank you card to him personally.  The mailing address is:  President Donald J. Trump, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20500.  We should flood the White House with these cards.  Telegrams and social media messages don’t count.  Phone calls go to message machines.  Let’s find out if the postal service can handle this properly.  We need stacks and stacks of cards delivered to the front steps to show our leader we have his back, as he has had ours.  The Democrats cannot rig or corrupt this outpouring of support and appreciation. Please share this with everyone you can: e-mail contacts and social messaging.   Telegrams don’t count, telephone calls go to message boxes.  Send cards and please encourage others to do the same. 

This small act is not a drop in the bucket of what we owe the man.  Political factions will haunt him and try in every manner to destroy him once he leaves the White House.  He deserves better treatment than this.

Tomorrow is a new day.  Don’t give up hope.  We may still have him as President for another four years.  We don’t deserve it, but we definitely need it.  Pray.

A collection of diverse friends with equally diverse thoughts is the single most interesting way to gain knowledge.  Knowledge when exercised without wisdom is dangerous.
