Silence is the thundering din of defeat. Victory is celebrated noisily, boisterously and joyfully. Which side do you want to be on when the mid-term elections are finalized?
The silent majority has been a strong factor since the time of the Ronald Reagan presidency. This group has helped forge policy and law usually for the good of the country while making very little noise in so doing. Surprise after surprise has been realized in elections for the past forty years through the actions and votes of the silent majority.
We can be silent no more. The forces that are working to destroy our nation are not being quiet. They disrupt and obstruct at every turn when conservatives attempt reform. The noise of the crowd overwhelms the silence of the patriotic conservatives.
As the mid-term elections approach do not let yourself be lulled into complacency with your silence while ignoring the roar of opposing forces. You can be assured that liberals, democrats and socialists will become more vocal with every passing day. The noise created by their rhetoric will draw attention and garner votes from the uneducated and ill informed voting public. We cannot allow this to happen.
The only way to combat a blue wave this November is to not remain one of the silent majorities. Be aware and know of what you speak. Know of what you speak by educating yourself on the issues, the candidates and your position on the same. Don’t be swayed by smooth talk and dirty campaigning. Be smart and educate others. Campaign even if it is only through bumper stickers or yard signs. Join and attend local political clubs or associations that meld with your convictions. Be active and do something.
Be on the lookout for false Gods. There will be democrats that change parties just to be able to run on a republican ticket and confuse or steal votes from legitimate conservative voters. Before the deadline approaches verify that you are registered to vote. If not registered, get it done. Do your part to not let illegal’s steal the election. Vote, vote and then vote again.
You may think I’m wrong, but I’m still right.
Good read Jack.
