How many investigations can our congress demand at one time? The only real investigation I think the American people want is for them to reach inside themselves and investigate the purpose they are acting as they are.  While our world is “going to hell in a hand basket,” congress passes their time investigating non existing ghost issues and propagating rumors, fake news and assinating the character of good men.  Yes, Nero did fiddle as Rome burned, are we headed to the same fate.

For years the ruling elite have passed laws and mandated burdensome regulations on the people they are supposed to represent, while exempting themselves. Everyone in the private sector would like to enjoy the same retirement benefits, healthcare, vacations and world travel they have given themselves at our expense.  One of the greatest travesties placed on the American people was the passage in 1990 of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).  Evidently this single act was one of the greatest benefits to congress that was ever enacted.  Otherwise there could never be such an assemblage of disabled or handicapped persons in one unit feebly attempting to run our country.

The movement for a Convention of States is growing steadily. This is the only way Congress can be curtailed and controlled to act in the interest of the American people.  There must be an amendment to the constitution that prohibits a law being passed that does not apply to themselves the same as all other citizens.  Term limits will never be a reality unless a Convention of States convenes and makes it a law of the land.  A balanced budget must be addressed in this same manner, otherwise it will never happen.  Congress will never protect our country and our citizens whole heartedly until these three acts become law.

Our world is a boiling point of conflicts as we sit here. Trouble in North Korea, Iran, and Syria, to name just a few points that need to be addressed will not be resolved with the division we now have in Congress.  Rather than attack these issues we would rather promote investigations in acts of espionage concerning Russia.  Yes, Russia tried to interfere with our election, to no avail.  Is this not normal with Russia or the United States?  We not only try to interfere with elections but we actively participate in armed uprisings to replace regimes with leaders more favorable to us.  This has been done under the leadership of both Democrat and Republican administrations.

Schumer and company, drop the charade. Grow up and become the leaders you are supposed to be.  Stop the investigations and castigations of honorable men and conduct the business of our government, if you remember how.  We have a President that is sincerely attempting to drain your swamp and rebuild America.  Those of you, both parties, that do not get on board and try to help this president need to remember one thing: You can be voted out of office and sent home.  Mr. Schumer, quit condemning Christians, attempt to become one, and ask Almighty God to forgive your past and help you with the future.  If by chance you have forgotten, or never knew it, God is greater than you and all others on earth.  God keeps records, and in the end we are all held accountable, without a committee being formed to investigate.

We need to take time to ask for guidance, then exercise our God given right to vote.
