Since June is Gay Pride Month, and it’s almost over, I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to write about the LGBTQ++ community as I have more questions than answers.  I believe I know, and have a working knowledge, what the LGB stands for.  Most normal people think they want equal rights and not to be discriminated against due to their sexual preference.  This is not a problem for most people.  My early life was in the 70’s and 80’s.  Queer was a name we referred to the LGB community, nothing more and nothing less.  The “T’s”, or Transgenders, were called transvestites.  They were mostly Drag Performers that consisted of men that liked to dress as women.  I thought at the end of the day, they put on their men’s clothes and went home.  As an example, think Ru Paul.  I never thought about their sexual preference.

I had to look up the definition of Transgender.  Most of the Google results stated that “it is a person that believed they were born the wrong gender”.  I’m shocked by those results!  I always believed that was just a lesbian or gay person.  In my mind, and for my definition, I thought a transgender person was going through the process of changing their gender either medically and/or surgically.  Today all you have to do is change into female clothes.  WOW!  So it appears anyone can say they’re a “Transgender Person”.  It’s lost all meaning to me.  Most attention is focused on trans males and none is focused on trans females!  Can you name or remember seeing one transgender female???  I understand teenage boys claiming to be transgender so they can go into the girl’s bathroom.   But, I’ve never heard one case of a female transgender person going into a boy’s bathroom.  I wonder why?

If a man dresses as a woman and believes he’s born the wrong gender is he a transgender woman, wouldn’t the same be said about a female transgender male?  I know this is confusing because I’m starting to get confused writing it!  Let’s add a name to try to clear this up!  I think Brittany Grinder is a transgender female.  Girl born into the wrong gender, dresses and sounds like a man, identifies as a man and is married to a woman.  She should be playing basketball in the NBA with the other men!  She answered a question and stated transgender men should be allowed to play in the WNBA.  I’m all for fairness and consistency.   I know why she is not.  She could never make any team playing with the men.  That’s the same reason that transgender men shouldn’t be allowed to play sports on any women’s team.  A long time ago, during the Olympics, some of the eastern European women were accused of taking male hormones to gain an advantage against other women.  There is a difference between men and women.   Men are physically bigger and stronger.

Catholics and Protestants are easy targets for the LGBTQ+++ community because they don’t fight back too loud.  Remember the news at the start of Obama Care regarding abortion issues for the Catholic Church?  Did we ever force the Muslims to provide health care including abortions?  Now they want health care to pay for transitioning our kids to another gender and call it Health Care!  Can drag queens read to kids at Muslim schools?   I wonder if the Mosque has male/female bathrooms.  I think we all know the answers.  We are a country that was founded on Christian values and beliefs.  That can’t be changed with any legislation.  The more the radical LGBTQ+++ is thrown in normal people’s faces the more it will be rejected.  People are finally getting fed up and vocal about the indoctrination of our schools and what they want taught to their children.

Since all these Progressives want transgender males to be treated like women, why don’t they change all restroom in the Washington, D.C. federal buildings to combination bathrooms.  Why not the IRS building?  Department of Education and the Teachers union want it in grades K thru 12, heck, why not in their administration buildings?  Okay, those are too hard to get accomplished.  Why not take the Department of Transportation, where Pete Buttigieg is in charge, and make all their bathrooms male/female?  How about Congress, the FBI, the DOJ, Environmental Protection Agency.  Why in the world do they want to start all this nonsense in our public schools for our kids.  They remain our kids and not the property of the state or school system.

I can force myself to accept a lot of things, I just have trouble letting a small queer group push these things in my face and upon my family. LGBTQ+ and all the other associated peoples may be legal, but they are still a sin.  I’d rather live under the covenant with Jesus Christ and not act this way.
