Justice is a simple, two syllable, and seven letter word. It is mentioned five times in the Declaration of Independence, Preamble to the Constitution and the Pledge of Allegiance. Justice is a concept based on ethics and law that means people behave in a way that is fair, equal and balanced for everyone.
Commonly interpreted it has the under tone of equal justice for all but has not guaranteed that fact in recent history. The challenge for government is to establish justice where it will equally guarantee the human rights of all persons within its jurisdiction. All citizens of the United States of America possess the same rights which the government is bound to protect.
The Declaration of Independence was adopted on July 4, 1776 in Philadelphia, PA. It was signed by 56 representatives to the 2nd Continental Congress. Its purpose was to notify Great Britain and the King with his entourage of our grievances against the rule of law being enforced and forced upon the colonies. The Declaration of Independence consists of 1,458 words.
The grievances of the colonists were specifically listed and plainly explained in this document. Everyone should have their own personal copy of the Declaration and make some very startling comparisons. Almost every situation described as intolerable in the Declaration is identical to the tenets being espoused by the Democrat Party today.
First off the Declaration of Independence states: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” Being created equal means we all have the same expectation for justice. In the real world today there are two rules of justice. If you are a Trump supporter or have respect for the office of President you are subject to one level of justice. If you hate the president, are an anti-Trumper or radical liberal democrat you have a separate expectation of justice.
Recent examples of prejudicial justice can be found in the cases of Gen. Flynn, Roger Stone, Andrew McCabe and James Comey. There is no equality in justice in these cases at all. Some rulings could compare the penalty for jaywalking as a capital offense while liberals and democrats get awards and ovations for lying, leaking, perjury and treason.
If the Democrats are granted power and initiate their wish list of control, there will be no justice for any. Those supporting and blindly following the democrat movement will unwittingly be affected just as everyone else. The warning is to be educated and be careful what you wish for. You just might get it and then you will awaken to the consequences.
Our president, just as you and I, can exert his freedom to tweet or otherwise comment on what we think is social injustice. Our Department of Justice and the Attorney General can see our tweets and either pay attention or ignore them. Our AG will act independently and fairly without outside influence whether popular or not. Remember we declared our independence from a regime that would not allow this public communication nor would it let justice reign.
I don’t mind getting older, I just wish the rest of my body would feel the same way.
