We now find ourselves in a world of entertainment never experienced before. Most people don’t curl up with a book as was done in years earlier and experience the pleasure of reading and letting the mind explore and follow the story. We most often now sit in front of a television set listening to the news as interpreted by others and let them explain what we should think of it or how to interpret it. This is our entertainment in the year 2019. I often look back and feel I am much to antediluvian to dwell in this society.
Unfortunately the news is comprised of a group of men and women, most overweight, harboring on senility and ranting on subjects they know little or absolutely nothing about, while calling congressional members or representatives of the people. A few like Mr. Nadler, Mr. Schiff and Mr. Cummings sit back and avow they will investigate groups and individuals better than the FBI, CIA and other legal law enforcement entities are capable of. What a joke
The Democrats still provide entertainment flailing about trying to uncover any reason to oust the sitting president regardless of any and all the good he has done without their support. It is unimaginable that the majority of the House of Representatives has more hate for this president than they have love for their country. Today they are consumed with funds designated for the security of another country that may or may not have been use as bargaining chips for political gain than they are about the security of their own borders and country.
It would be comedic entertainment were it not so embarrassingly stupid to hear the questioning being performed by supposed intelligent people. This is another profound example of the lack of common sense that resides in Washington DC.
The American people need to arm themselves and be prepared to take to the streets if the Democrats and RINO Republicans obtain success in the removal of this president and begin the implementation of their socialistic policies. If becoming armed and ready to protect all that is vital for our country to survive we need to seek alternative means. We have had so called million man or million person marches on Washington for many different reasons in the past. I now ask would a 50,000,000 person march on Washington get the attention of these self-serving individuals that are striving to destroy America.
This could be the first step in uniting the patriots of our country and notifying the elected elites that they will be run out of office. We need a mass rebellion by the voters to vote out these imbeciles since we cannot get term limits initiated.
We must become smarter, more united and willing to be active. It all starts preparing for the ballot box through education, involvement and sincere prayer for divine guidance. May God never abandon us because of our stupidity?
Many of us grew up in the fifties and sixties while innocence still abounded. After the Viet Nam war and the influx of drugs that innocence disappeared. Our children and grandchildren will never know the peace and joy we experienced. Let’s work to return our world to some semblance of order, starting with our own lives.
I don’t mind growing older. I just wish the rest of my body had the same attitude.
