When is enough, enough? When can we reasonably expect to reach the limits of the uncivility being displayed in Washington D.C.? When will Congress decide it is time to consider the best interests of our country and forget party politics?

Democrats, so worried that the Mueller charade will not produce enough negative information to fuel their rhetoric are starting and extending investigations as a means to cause President Trump to accomplish nothing. We now have investigations into the past business history of Mr. Trump and Trump Enterprises. We have investigations into the affairs of family members and business acquaintances from years ago. Our governing body is spending our money and wasting time on projects that have absolutely nothing to do with governing. Congress has oversight but, that does not include oversight or investigation of business transactions years before Mr. Trump decided to enter politics.

Citizen Trump achieved success far beyond the reach of most of us. He attained billionaire status by hard work, taking risks and being a shrewd entrepreneur. Congress is jealous of his success. The pay, kickbacks, payoffs and graft cannot put them in the same class as him. Therefore the jealously. Mr. Schiff is leading the charge while side stepping the ruthless corruption he has been part off and realized wealth from. Mrs. Pelosi has a full time job attempting to maintain her hold on power and cannot cause any legitimate governing to occur. Mr. Schumer of course is staying busy following the dictates of his deity, Mrs. Pelosi.

Over the past two plus years we have seen exceptional advances in our economy, while democrats were saying it was impossible. At the same time we have witnessed weakening border security allowing increased numbers of illegal immigrants, and their crime, because the democrats refuse to let President Trump have even greater success. If it is negative, it is democrat.

We the people sent an outsider to Washington to show the do nothing daydreamers what could be done with hard work and integrity. The establishment hated this and has yet to accept it. We sent one man into a job to clean up and drain the swamp. We have found out the swamp is actually a pool of sewage. I now realize the job cannot be accomplished by one individual. The only way to see improvement is to get rid of the blockers, delayers and contributors to corruption in congress we are presently saddled with. I make no excuses I lean to being a republican, but both democrats and rino republicans need to be sent home in shame.

Reality tells us a Convention of States, one way to correct our problems, is not going to happen. After years of banter about the convention we have only seventeen of our fifty states united to call one. We need thirty-four, and this will not happen. It remains the responsibility of us to force these needed changes through the power of the ballot box. In that vein we can never let losers and democrats change our Electoral College process. It works and is the only way the voice of people from smaller states can ever be heard.

I repeat Patriotism has unfortunately been replaced by politics. Never give up hope. I see a dim light emerging on the horizon. There may be another newcomer on the political scene. Be prepared for the Free Ron movement that just might be coming.
