As the celebration of life and funeral for President George H.W. Bush takes place I would to share one tidbit as testimony to the true youth of our country. May we survive and prosper for many more years and prove this great experiment is no fluke.

The 1st president of the United States of America was George Washington.
Born 1732, Died 1799 and served 1789 through 1797.

The 8th president of the United States of America was Martin Van Buren.
Born 1782, Died 1862 and served 1837 through 1841.

The 27th president of the United States of America was William Howard Taft.
Born 1837, Died 1930 and served 19109 through 1913.

The 41st president of the United States of America was George H.W. Bush.
Born 1924, Died 2018 and served 1989 through 1993.
The point of this is: President Bush was alive when William Howard Taft was alive, who was alive when Martin Van Buren was alive, who was alive when George Washington was alive. I found it interesting to learn this bit of trivia.

Old will not be old when I get there…..
