Money, the one asset every person strives to accumulate. It is said “money can’t buy happiness,” but it sure can ease the discomfort of not being happy. Another age old quote is “money is the root of all evil.” Maybe both are true and maybe both are false. It’s all in the way you look at it. I guess some never have enough and have no pride where they go begging for other peoples.

I have been inundated with requests to donate money to different candidates for congress or the RNC to the point my ear is sore from having the phone rub it. Continual requests are falling on deaf ears at this point. I have given money to more than one candidate in recent years, mostly to my chagrin. Although having somewhat limited funds since retiring, I would still be willing to donate what support I could, with a couple of restrictions.

If republicans want my support they must show me a candidate willing to stand up for true conservative programs and principles. Next any candidate supported by me must be willing to get in the mud just as his counterparts on the liberal side constantly do. It seems most, if not all, conservatives are cowards, until they develop the intestinal fortitude to stand up and fight, they will never win. They will not fight the good fight. They run and cower from democrat rhetoric on a continual basis. Until they become dedicated to winning they do not deserve any further support from my house.

The second problem we have with money is, for the most part it is too easy to get in today’s world. If money were more difficult to obtain or required more laborious means to amass, donations would not be so freely distributed. Alumni from colleges and universities give vast amounts of money to the school of their choice. This is their right and privilege. However, I do not approve of lobbyists mingling with members of congress to obtain huge grants comprised totally of tax dollars, both mine and yours. Until these institutions can stop, and prove so, their promoting of socialism on our offspring all funding stops. Student loans, donations and grants have combined to flood these campuses with money, inflating compensation for educators, all while advocating socialism. Are they so dumb as to not realize that under socialism they would not enjoy the free spending they now enjoy? The sad fact is that the people you see advocating Socialism have been taught, or brain washed, it is a good system and believe it Let’s return to the basics and teach the successes of American Capitalism and freedom.

We need to stop all the grants and let private enterprise fund their own research and development based on the promise of future profits and returns. We need only to give monies to those people that will support our president and his policies. We need to support people that are not operating with the ulterior motive of changing our country to socialism.

Lastly we need to stop immediately all expenses associated with the upkeep and maintenance of our most recent past president. He promoted radical change while he was campaigning and serving in the white house. We do not need the changes which Mr. Obama is still promoting. He and his deep state organization are laboring around the clock to undermine our president while he is attempting to straighten the crooked path Mr. Obama worked to put us on. Never in our history has a past president so openly contradicted and worked to derail the incumbent that replaced him. He needs to be locked away and his vast horde of cash be turned over to the federal government to be used as debt reduction. The man was once one hell of a community organizer, the only true success he ever had, and he continues to organize cells encouraging disruption and chaos to run rampant in our country. The division among citizens will never heal as long as agitators such as Obama and Clinton are allowed to spread their lies and seeds of hate.

Socialism has never and will never work anywhere in this world unless good intentioned men and women such as you and I do nothing to stop it and give all assets to the few to distribute and use as they so selfishly deem appropriate. The scary part of all this is, the loudest of the loud, and the dumbest of the dumb, actually believe what they are saying.
