It is amazing the effort being put forth to influence and affect the outcome of the Alabama election on December 12. The main stream media is wielding all the power at their disposal to manipulate this election in Alabama. This while investigations are now being conducted with the hope of finding that Russia influenced the outcome of the national elections last fall.
It seems to me the people of Alabama should be left alone to determine their own future and what representation they might desire. Every location that may have an election should be free of outside influence and be able to make their own choices, right or wrong, and live with the results.
Judge Roy Moore has been subject to outside influence from all directions. Washington Post started this by publishing unsubstantiated stories of sexual misconduct. Most of these sources, which were later revealed, have been proved false. Judge Moore has been involved in politics for forty years in Alabama. If these indiscretions were true, why were they not announced earlier. It appears some of the accusations were made as retaliation for other legal acts. One accuser had her step son announce she was lying about it and other things in the past.
We now have distinguished members of congress being accused of sexual misconduct on a daily basis. These same individuals stood on their holier than thou platforms and condemned the unproven actions of Judge Moore. Now that members of congress are facing similar or worse charges their peers are singing other songs. The hypocrites in congress evidently have a double standard.
Amazingly our rock solid pillars that daily extol criticism for bad acts and condemn Judge Moore and other politicians for their terrible deeds of sexual misconduct find themselves in the same snake pit they condemn. Emphasizes the old saying “don’t throw rocks when living in a glass house.”
Mr. Conyers, (an icon in congress) Mr. Frankin, (a vulgar comic) Mr. McCain (a used up, has been) and Mr. Lindsey Graham need to peddle their influence somewhere that people will listen. Gentlemen, you are the swamp. The American people voted and told all of you it is time to change your ways. You are all on the verge of being unemployed and are too stupid to realize it. Stop trying to influence others and concentrate on cleaning up your own house.
Our press is guilty of journalistic malpractice. If they were honorable they would not shovel the dirt without checking the facts first. It becomes the challenge of the accused to prove himself right, not the accuser of proving the charges. This generates money because the accuser is paid to come forward and again later to just go away.
I believe Judge Moore is no more or less than a solid evangelical Christian, as he proclaims. His opponent is a socialist and strong supporter of abortion rights. He supports abortion so far as to want it allowed not only in the third trimester, but during the last week or days before birth. No wonder the democrat machine is pumping in so much money to defeat him.
Judge Moore, when elected and sent to congress, will help drain the swamp. He will be an ally to all conservatives. Yes he, as all public figures, has an ego. He will attempt to help steer the country on the course to strength and prosperity. We all have to vote. We cannot have a democrat fill this conservative republican seat.
I may be somewhat wrong, but I’m still right.
The thoughts and ideas expressed above are exclusively those of Jack Straley. We may agree, and that’s fine, or we may disagree, that’s okay too. My sole purpose is to encourage others to think, study, and become involved. Exercise your freedom and above all, when presented the opportunity, please vote.
