One of the first things we experience after entering this world is the guidance tendered by our parents, friends and other relatives.  As we grew we began to see those that offered this guidance were also ones that displayed leadership characteristics.  My parents were leaders in my family and they also were the ones that gave me guidance that would form my character. 

Somewhere along the way we elected people to lead and guide our country that portray no leadership qualities and are completely lacking in courage and good moral guidance abilities.  How they ascended to the positions they occupy is the great remaining, unanswered question. 

Leadership is defined as “the action of leading or directing a group of people or an organization.”  The Republican leadership in Congress consists of Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell.  Neither of these individuals has executed any leadership of their party members in supporting the legally elected President of this country.  A leader should be able to unite his or her party members to become a power to help advance an agenda that would help our country regain the greatness it once enjoyed.  The only leadership I see from these “leaders” is those acts trying to destroy this presidency and administration, arm in arm with the Democrats. 

Our President has attempted to show guidance by directing Congress to do what they campaigned for and were elected to do.  Guidance is offering advice or information aimed at resolving a problem or difficulty especially when given by someone in a position of authority.  John McCain and company, with the apparent approval of Mitch McConnell have refused to hear and heed the guidance coming from Mr. Trump.  Therefore at this time nothing has been done and will not be done to improve the condition of the populace. 

Judge Roy Moore has just been selected to lead the Republican ticket against Doug Moore in the election this December, in Alabama, to replace the Honorable Jeff Sessions.  Mr. Moore is another outsider not immersed in the swamp, yet.  Both the President and the Vice-President traveled to Alabama endorsing and supporting the opponent to Judge Moore, all in vain.  This will certainly be an embarrassment to the President, if he can be embarrassed.  We now have the challenge of convincing Mr. Trump that this was not a referendum on him or his administration but rather on the leadership of the Senate.  If the present attitude and atmosphere being displayed in Congress is allowed to prevail, there will be a blood bath for Republicans in November of 2018. 

Republicans are not the only ones in jeopardy of losing their elected positions.  Unless freedom loving patriots become informed on the issues and act to vote as true conservatives, our future as a free country will be short lived.  Democrats at this time have got to accept that they lost the presidential election, thank God, and move on.  Neither party has an agenda to lead this country out of the quicksand in which we are wallowing.  It is an insult to the American people that the majority of republicans in Congress also want President Trump to fail. 

We are at a great tipping point in our history.  If you want to live under socialist, communistic restraints then do nothing.  If your desire is to live in a free capitalistic society operating in a country that is the strongest, most respected in the world, become active.  Do not complain about the situation we find ourselves in but make a stand and exercise every asset available to you to correct the ship of state before it tips over the edge. 

Many of us have been taught the best guidance one can receive comes from heaven.  We are also taught to love our enemies.  If liberals and Democrats are our enemies, I still love them, but cannot condone what they are trying to do to our constitution and country.  I will continue to pray for them. 

I know I’m not wrong and I feel the only way to survive, is to be right.
