UNITED NATIONS

UNITED NATIONS

I have more than once referenced the importance of the coming presidential election. Truly, this election can determine the continuing sovereignty of our nation.  The right for self determination and our complete freedom is at stake.

For years we have heard of the emergence of “One World Order,” a new government for all peoples everywhere. This would include one worldwide economy and even citizenship.  If we think our government controls too much of our lives now, even more control would be implemented worldwide.  The E. U. or European Union was one giant step in the direction of this experiment.

On January 1, 1942 President Franklin D. Roosevelt coined the name “United Nations.” This was during WW II and a gathering of representatives from twenty-six nations gathered to pledge their support and participation in continuing the fight against the Axis Powers.  Later, in 1945, representatives of fifty countries met in San Francisco at the United Nations Conference on International Organization to create the United Nations Charter.  The original proposals that formulated the basis for the United Nations were worked out and agreed on in meetings August through October of 1944.  The representatives at this meeting were from the following countries: China, Soviet Union, United Kingdom and the United States.

Since that time the United Nations has primarily operated as a peace keeping and enforcing unit with the participation of member nations. The United States of America has been the dominate partner in furnishing troops and financial aid to the United Nations while receiving very limited benefits from the organization.  This was the beginning of the One World Rule.

With the election of Barack Obama as President, and the complete support of Hillary Clinton serving as Secretary of State, the United States began sending treaties to the U.N. for approval and acceptance. In attempts to circumvent a hostile Congress, treaties deemed unfavorable to The United States, have been directed to the U.N., basically giving up our sovereignty for approval.  In the event Hillary Clinton was to be elected President, this practice would continue.

The United Kingdom has discovered that one large ruling and controlling body over many separate and independent nations cannot succeed. At this time they are attempting to back up and withdraw from the union and reestablish their own currency and economy.  The United States will find itself in the same predicament if these practices of going to the United Nations in place of our government for control are allowed to continue.

Yes our sovereignty, freedom and existence are on the line. This country has challenges before it as it has never faced in the past.  Ours may not be a perfect example in governing, but it is the best one operating on this planet.  We can still salvage what we have.  We are near the edge and Hillary and company would surely push us over.  We cannot allow this to happen.  We The People must rise up in unison and take our country back.  Socialism and Communism no matter what name you place on it has been proven not to work.  In the same manner, it will never work to let some World Organization have control and rule over people of other nations.  Ours is a unique culture that can only be sustained by people that have a vested interest in democracy and freedom.

Our Sovereignty is at stake. Only, “We The People,” can save it.  Unite and join the movement to save our nation. We must start by becoming informed.  Next we must become involved and active.  Finally, we must exercise our right and obligation to vote.

The thoughts and ideas expressed above are exclusively those of Jack Straley. We may agree, and that’s fine, or we may disagree, that’s okay too.  My sole purpose is to encourage others to think, study, and become involved. Exercise your freedom and above all else please vote.
