RADICAL
It is accepted and acknowledged that a radical is one that favors or supports extreme measures contrary to accepted beliefs or behavior. At this time in our history we are surrounded by radicals. Radicalism is showing its effect in politics, religion and every day practices of accepted morals.
The most public and visible form of radicalism we see is Radical Islam. I concede that the majority of Muslims are not violent people. However, in today’s world, there is an extreme element of Muslims that want to rule the world, including the United States, abiding by Sharia Law. It is impossible for this practice to lawfully exist in this country. First and foremost Sharia Law is based on the teachings and beliefs associated with the Quran. This violates the mandates of separation of church and state.
Most Muslims preach that Islam is a peaceful religion. How can this be when it advocates the killing of all that believe as Christians and other practicing faiths? Christians do not worship the same God that Islam holds as the supreme power. Islam constantly refers to a singular God, or deity, and Christians believe in a trinity or “father, son and holy spirit” as one. My Christian faith does not ask me to kill in the name of God and be guaranteed a path to heaven. My God sacrificed his son, on earth, to save me. Allah, as taught in the Quran had no son.
Where is the voice of the multitude of Muslims that profess to be of no violence? I have never seen a rally of Muslims gathered to reject the extremists. They meekly hide behind a veil and let others speak for them. Rather than come to a country they proclaim to be occupied by infidels and which they hate, why not stay in their country and fight to make it what they want it to be? This country was established based on Judeo Christian tenets and can never be compatible with Islam or Sharia Law.
One popular candidate, running for president of the United States is often referred to as extremist, racist and full of hate. He proposes ceasing the process of allowing Muslims into this country without proven vetting. Is this extremist or racist? I think not. I consider this as a brave act of trying to preserve the way of life represented by our freedoms and economic practices. We do not need to reverse ourselves and become a third world country.
Is the Democrat Party not practicing a degree of extremism and radicalism with the actions they propose and broadcast to help win election to the highest office in this land? Publicly and proudly they espouse the redistribution of all wealth, the reallocation of all the rewards of hard honest work to those that merit nothing, all while eliminating the will to succeed. Communism and/or Socialism has been advanced in many colors and known by many names. It has yet to be proven to be workable or successful.
This is where we are headed, and have been headed, for a very long time. There is enough blame for both political parties. Both parties have worked quietly but determinedly to create a nation of welfare dependents and political correctness. Our debts jeopardize our future and our security is anything but secure. Our very independence is on the verge of disappearing all due to the actions taken by congress, when they do act. This cannot be allowed to continue. No country without secure borders can last. A strong military is a requirement to maintain freedom.
The only way to insure that we remain an independent, free nation is to take action. We need to become very radical. I do not advocate civil unrest or armed revolt, but I do encourage a peaceful takeover. We the people need to elect representation that we can depend on to strengthen and rebuild our country. We must exercise our own extremism. We must be informed to make intelligent judgments, and we must vote. The general election for national offices this year is November 8. I will be very disappointed if I don’t see you there.
